THE BACKYARD CHEF SPECIAL MIXED 15-PACK

2017 BALDACCI SORELLE CARNEROS CHARDONNAY:
“Tango. In perfect unison, the oak and fruit support each other without either dominating. Aromas of honey, tangerine peel, fresh oak, and pineapple complement the taste of caramel-covered apple, slight hints of cool rock, and a beautiful finish of vanilla. The weight of this Chardonnay matches well with full orchestra salads!“

2016 MATIAS ROSELLA’S VINEYARD CHARDONNAY:
Tasting Notes: “The 2016 Matias Rosella’s Chardonnay offers vivid aromas of green apples, sweet passionfruit, dried flowers and liquid minerals. The palate is full, rich and sultry with flavors of candied pineapple, exotic tropical fruits, key lime pie, butterscotch and sweet vanilla, without being heavy or flabby. These flavors and aromas combine to lead to a very long, balanced, mouth quenching finish.” 94 Points, Kevin M. Vogt, Master Sommelier

2019 LAIRD “NAPA VALLEY” SAUVIGNON BLANC:
Winery Notes: “Enticing aromas of Crenshaw melon, guava, jasmine, and lemongrass lead the way to a medium-bodied white wine with a refreshing palate that offers flavors of white peach, pear, juicy lime and Mandarin orange zest. The vivacious acidity dances on your tongue and is followed by a soft, lingering finish.”

2018 CHÂTEAU DES GARCINIÈRES PROVENCE ROSÉ:
Importers Tasting Notes: “St. Tropez lies just around the corner from the birthplace of this wine on 44 acres tended by the Valentin family since 1898. Blessed by the same sun and sea breezes as Tahiti Beach, Cap 21, and the memory if Voile Rouge, it embodies the delicate and romantic taste of 75% Grenache and 25% Cinsault. This biodynamic Rosé is vibrant and fresh; aromas of white peach and passion fruit emerge from the glass with a hint of lavender to remind us of its home by the sea. As with previous vintages, the mouth is filled with delicate raspberry and wild strawberry. The hallmark minerality of the wine is persistent thru the lively finish. Crisp and lovely, the striking acidity makes it a perfect example of why all others try to imitate the Rosés’ of Provence! Feel free to drink it over ice as many do. It pairs perfectly with seafood, chicken, Asian food, Mediterranean meals and any light dish. Soft, sensuous, seductive Rosé.“

2018 SKINNER EL DORADO GRENACHE BLANC: “Generous fruit flavors and a broad mouthfeel make this full-bodied and well-balanced wine inviting and easy to sip. Ripe apples and Anjou pears are braced by vibrant, fresh acidity.”
