With origins from top vineyards in California’s iconic Santa Barbara County, Superstar winemaker Curt Schalchlin selects each vineyard based on flavor characteristics and distinct qualities that add layers to the diversity of the overall blend… This remarkable and expressive GSM blend spent around 16 months in barrel, and Curt made it with a technique of utilizing partial whole cluster fermentation. This method contributes to even greater depth and structure in the wine.
