It comes from a block of 10-year-old vines planted in heavy clay soils. Stunning aromatics include notes of mocha, chocolate fudge, black cherries and berry fruit intertwine with hints of incense, burning embers and charcoal. It is a great example of possibly the finest vintage Napa has ever produced for Bordeaux varieties.
