“I had a feeling my wife was going to like this one… I tasted about 30 wines the other day, and brought home a few bottles, including a case of this 2016 Waterfall Proprietary Red Wine… for just $23 I had a hunch it was a really special wine, sourced from Old Vines and expertly blended by Superstar Winemaker Helen Keplinger, however I didn’t tell my wife I had a case in the car until she tasted it first… (she confirmed it’s magnificent)

No-Doubt, this is one of our best discoveries below $25… if you enjoyed Vista, you will love Waterfall. I only wish we could get more, with a very small-production, this one will likely be gone in a flash. At this price, you can’t go wrong with a case, so get two cases and enjoy now through the next 7-years because this one will continue to evolve and age gracefully… Winemaker Helen Keplinger graduated from UC Davis, and was inducted into the Napa Valley winemaking scene by Legendary Heidi Barrett, and Helen then worked with David Abreu and Michel Rolland as well. Sipping on Waterfall Red reminds me a lot of Heidi’s master blending style. This is a Big, bold beautiful blend, rich in fruit, yet super-structured, perfectly balanced and enchanting … at 15.1% alc unbelievably silky. (it will get you there) Cellar worthy, case-worthy, and won’t last.
