I had to share this — because I just enjoyed a bottle of this Mt. Veeder Wine last night with a Grilled Ribeye, Baked Potatoe, and Creamed Spinach… it was a perfect pairing, and this is definitely the best wine with steak.

Medium to Full-Bodied Napa Cab cut through the steak, and the mouth-watering acidity made each side dish bite exquisite… and this wine is actually so very well balanced, that it even paired wonderfully with a slice of chocolate cake.

2016 Leto Cellars Napa Cab checks in at 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from a single vineyard perched at 1,100 feet elevation on Mount Veeder.  Brad choose this site for the incredible volcanic soils, and vines that yield small, powerful berries with intense flavor.  Mt Veeder is also the coolest Mountain in Napa which allows the grapes to have a longer hang-time so they can develop into something majestic. With a production of only 344 cases, you might want to keep this one secret, at least until you get your case.
