Most notably, the Oakville Station Vineyard, owned and farmed by the University of California Davis, consists of two plots walled by To-Kalon grapes. The site produces quintessential Oakville Cabernet, and World-Class fruit marked by concentrated black fruits, minerals, and vast complexity.

Winemaker Kari Auringer worked under Legendary Winemaker Celia Welch at Cornerstone before she became the lead winemaker and contributed to the fame of some of Napa’s most famous names, including SCARECROW, Keever, Kelly Fleming, and Corra. The 2016 Vintage Cornerstone Oakville Station Red Blend, from one of Napa Valley’s most notable vintages, combines 45% Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Cabernet Franc into a richly textured, sultry blend that’s remarkably focused, supple, and lonnnggg finish … don’t miss this one my friends.
