In the glass the 2015 offers an intriguing play between power and restraint that’s tied together with a palate quenching acidity, and firm, perfectly integrated tannins. The wine was made with attention to every detail, and with each berry inspected and closely followed from grape to bottle. We bought every bottle that we could get our hands on after tasting this wine, and I’m certain that once you try it, you’ll wish you had ordered more.

Master Sommelier Tasting Notes, “The Sebright Cellars Greenwood Block Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 begins with a nose of deep black berries, fresh flowers, cocoa powder and asian spices. The palate is rich with an almost oily viscosity that beautifully supports the concentrated creme de cassis, dried cherries and Kirsch liqueur, leading to just a touch of sweet vanilla oak. The focused finish is expansive and grows, building momentum even after you swallow. The finely grained fruit tannins beautifully frame the long, polished finish. It has a smooth finish, with silky tannins. The nose has aromas of layered ripe berries that are perfectly framed by the blend of toasted French Oak nuances. This wine is delicious now and will age well with its great structure and rich flavors. The 2015 Greenwood Block Cabernet was sustainably farmed on a mature, single vineyard on the Valley floor in Calistoga. Only the highest quality berries were harvested for use in the wine making. 102 cases produced”
