100 Points From Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate (12.07.18): “The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan Vineyard has a medium garnet-purple color and is a little closed to begin, giving up red and black currants, violets, lilacs and spice box plus chocolate-covered coffee beans, menthol, tilled soil and cardamom. The palate is full-bodied, concentrated and built like a brick house, with loads of floral sparks and a very long, mineral-laced finish. Through the roof.”  100 POINTS WA

What does it take to make a perfect 100 Point wine? It takes much more than impeccable fruit sources, extreme vineyard management and a highly-skilled winemaker.  For Hundred Acre it’s Jayson Woodbridge’s relentless pursuit of perfection, absolutely no compromises and no single detail overlooked… The results simply cannot be denied, and the countless Hundred Point wines left in his dominating wake are an absolute joy to behold, but nearly impossible to acquire… Imagine a wine so deep and bold that each sip gives you goose-bumps… Sounds great right? One of the top wineries in Napa, You simply have to experience them to understand…

Winery Notes: “The Kayli Morgan Vineyard is located just north of Saint Helena, California at the base of Howell Mountain. The soils are a chocolatey clay, holding moisture to keep the vines cool. As summer progresses, the ground forms micro-cracks, allowing the roots to seek water deeper and deeper into the earth; as they do, they pick up minerals that give Kayli Morgan its distinctive characteristics. Kayli Morgan is a single estate vineyard and 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.”
