This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon includes all ten vineyard blocks on Cimarossa’s Estate where elevations range from 1600 to 2100 feet.  Created from five distinct Cabernet clones grown in several different soil types, the 2014 is stunningly complex yet perfectly balanced.  Housed for 22 months in oak, the 2014 has everything that I look for in top-quality Howell Mountain Cabernet and with a touch of elegance that makes it easy to love.
